The IR (Infrared) Module is another new addition to the EASE program family. It allows the performance of infrared systems to be simulated and analyzed in the same fashion as loudspeaker systems are simulated and analyzed.

The major difference is that Loudspeakers are replaced with Transmitters and Modulators and coverage is evaluated by signal-to-noise levels instead of in terms of SPL.
